Efficient Direction of Work Processes

To make it possible to direct the logistic processes on the construction site efficiently, we offer a different organizational form. To replace the hierarchical structure we function as a cross-link holding together all the subcontracted firms. By concentrating on the core logistic requirements we make our presence felt at all the supply and waste disposal levels through direct contact with the personnel in the subcontracted firms responsible for seeing that the required tasks are performed.

We record your requirements using procedures specifically developed for the construction phase concerned. In the area of supply logistics the solution lies in the notification of all transport deliveries and their collocation in delivery schedules, using a DP system, or a GPS system for the automatic control of a transport fleet with fixed routes. For the temporary storage of material we have a space-management system ready and available. There is even a special control and monitoring system for the lockup service: it too is tailored to the site concerned.

The optimum utilization of materials, space and time, all of which are in short supply, is also the precondition for the proper functioning and the implementation of jointly agreed rules of procedure. In this connection it is important to have sanctions available, and these are agreed with the client firm. In practice however they are seldom applied, since the system speaks for itself and gains widespread support.

Every good system, however, needs a controlling and directing authority. This we can offer not only as an independent and impartial company but also through our project managers. They are site managers and burnishers with extensive experience of turnkey construction.
