The effect of our access controls is such that all new companies, the large number of subcontractors they bring with them, operators without personnel and employers who themselves work on the construction site are known to us and can be given specific instructions.

First Aid workers are included in the system, which can check that they are present on the site in sufficient numbers.

The coordination of the delivery and storage of materials reduces the quantities held on site and thus minimizes the blocking of escape routes.

Our specially developed waste disposal system effectively diminishes, at source,  the hazards that could be caused by clippings and waste otherwise left lying about.

Our daily check on possible shortcomings in clean-up work reduces the risk of stumbling and of unnecessary thermal loads in the stairways and passages.

Our logistics coordinators, who are present on the site, maintain constant contact with all the relevant supervisory authorities. Their presence and their coordination of the SiGe duties means we can offer an ideal form of task combination and a high degree of efficiency.
